However, because we offer deeply discounted, clearance, and preloved/vintage items, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be perfectly accurate. All preloved, vintage, and clearance items are sold "AS IS." Minor wear, variations, or imperfections are inherent to these items and do not constitute a defect or grounds for return unless the item was grossly misrepresented in its description.
4. Orders, Payments, and Chargeback Fraud All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to: product availability, errors in pricing information, or suspected fraud. Payments are processed securely through Stripe and PayPal. Chargeback Policy: Initiating a credit card chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue will result in: (a) an immediate and permanent ban from our store, (b) a $35 administrative chargeback fee, and (c) the reporting of your information to third-party fraud prevention networks.
5. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss All purchases are subject to our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss for all items pass to you upon delivery of the items to the shipping carrier. A carrier tracking status of "Delivered" constitutes prima facie proof of delivery. Real Savings Online is not liable for packages that are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but are subsequently lost, misplaced, or stolen from your address. For high-value items, we highly recommend purchasing shipping insurance at checkout.
6. Strict Return Inspection and Anti-Fraud Policy We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for return fraud. All returned items are subject to a rigorous, documented inspection process upon receipt.
- Unique Identifiers: We record unique identifiers (including but not limited to serial numbers, batch codes, UPCs, and hidden security markings) on all shipped products.
- Item Swapping: If a returned item is found to be different from the original product shipped, altered, damaged, used, counterfeit, or missing original packaging, the return will be immediately rejected.
- Consequences: Rejected items will be shipped back to you at your expense, or disposed of, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to report return fraud to local law enforcement and relevant retail fraud prevention databases.
7. User Accounts If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
